Founder and Chairman
Mr. Kwan is an entrepreneur and an advocator of prime elderly care and health solution in the healthcare industry. He is currently a director of three listed companies and the chairman of the Primary Care Education Foundation. In the recent years, he actively participates in healthcare initiatives, including China Gold Nurses and Guangzhou Gangfeng Nursing, in the mainland China.
He received a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Hong Kong, and an EMBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has also received a full scholarship from Harvard University to pursue advanced studies in leadership. He is a Winner of Ernst & Young China Entrepreneur Award 2013.
After serving the Hong Kong government for 13 years, he co-founded Bamboos Healthcare (2293.HK), led the company from start-up to listing, and served as the chairman and executive director of the company.
Mr. Kwan was brought up in a grass-root family and is committed to solving the problem of left-behind children in the rural area of the mainland China. In 2019, he founded Mrs Bee, a rural poverty alleviation and family reunion project in Zhaoqing where he served as a member of the CPPCC.
He currently hosts the Radio Television Hong Kong programs namely “Medical Care Starts from the Heart” and “Management of New Thinking”. His articles are regularly published in “Hong Kong Headline Daily” and “Zhaoqing Duanzhou News”.

Stephen retired from Pfizer on March 1, 2022 after having 38 joyful and fulfilling years there in three different continents (Asia, Australia and USA).
Stephen graduated in the UK and worked there as a pharmacist before returning to Hong Kong in 1982. He started his distinguished career at Pfizer HK as a sales representative in 1983 and gradually moved up the rank.
In 1986, Stephen was transferred to Pfizer Australia as Product Manager. In 1991, he was promoted to the Pfizer New York Headquarters as International Marketing Manager. After 3 years, he returned to Pfizer Australia as Sales Manager and Disease Management Manager before returning to HK as Country Manager in 1997.
Prior to his retirement, Stephen was Country Manager of Pfizer HK and Pfizer Indonesia. Under his leadership, Pfizer HK won the prestigious HKMA Quality Gold Award, Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Gold Award and Best Companies to Work for in Asia. Currently, Stephen is the Chairman of Chinese University, School of Pharmacy Advisory Board; Consultative Committee, School of Nursing, Council Members of the College of Health Service Executives, the College of Pharmacy Practice, the Common Purpose, the Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA), the Institute of Health Policy & System Research; and ex-Member of HK Advisory Council on Food & Environmental Hygiene (6 years) and Human Reproductive Technology (6 years).
Stephen has a strong passion for building a people-oriented culture and inspiring people to unleash their potential to the fullest. Years ago, he started his coaching training and became a registered Corporate Coach with WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches), now in Advanced level. Stephen was honoured with the Asia Coaching Leadership Excellence Award in 2015, the Leader of the Year Award 2016 and the Exemplary Leader Award by Global HR Excellence Award 2021 in recognizing his visionary leadership and unremitting contribution to the industry.

Dr Dawson Fong took up training in neurosurgery since graduating from the University of Hong Kong in 1979. After obtaining his Fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, he received further training in Canada and the United States as visiting fellows. He was the Chief of Service of the Department of Neurosurgery in Tuen Mun Hospital before retired. After leaving from the Hospital Authority in 2014, he opened the private practice and also is the Honorary Consultant in Neurosurgery in Gleneagles Hospital.

Professor Martin C. S. Wong is a specialist in Family Medicine and a researcher in the field of cancer screening and prevention of chronic diseases. He has been the Co-Chairman of the Grant Review Board, Health and Medical Research Fund, the Health Bureau (HHB); member of the Research Council of HHB; Convener of the Advisory Group on Hong Kong Reference Framework for Care of Diabetes and Hypertension in Primary Care Settings; and the Editor-in-Chief of the Hong Kong Medical Journal. He has over 400 publications in peer-reviewed journals and ranked the top 0.07% in his research field by expertscape. His research work was published in international journals including Nature series, Lancet Hematology, JAMA Oncology, Gastroenterology, Gut, European Heart Journal, and European Urology. In 2016, he was conferred as an Honorary Fellow by the Hong Kong Academy of Nursing to recognize his achievements in the profession and contributions to primary care. He was appointed as Fellows of various Academies, Royal Colleges and professional societies. He is currently taking adjunct appointments as Professor of the Peking Union Medical College in March 2019; Professor of Global Health by the Peking University, and Professor of Public Health in the Fudan University.
